It’s an exciting weekend! Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Huntsville Botanical Garden are both having their spring plant sales. And for me, the most thrilling aspect of the weekend is that I’m speaking at the Huntsville Botanical Garden’s plant sale on Friday and Saturday, April 15 & 16 at 1:00!!! My talk is ‘Hot Plants: The Rest of the Story.’ I talk about 9 of the Hot Plant articles I wrote for Alabama Gardener and give additional information: more pictures, newer cultivars, stuff that wouldn’t fit in the article, things I’ve learned since I wrote the article, etc. It’s a cute Powerpoint presentation, and I have some great pictures.
